The evolution of New York real estate practice is as dynamic as it is challenging. Whether residential, commercial, or mixed in nature, every transaction involves an entire team of professionals; each performing their specialized role, subject to their respective industry standards, and all in pursuit of a common goal; the closing. Today, the standards of practice for every member of our industry are continually being raised. Sales agents must now, more than ever, prove themselves a viable and valuable resource to home buyers and sellers. NYCORE’s charter is committed to bridging the gaps between the sales professional and other industry players.
Through relevant and contemporary Continuing Education programs, conducted by fellow experts who are, in fact, "in the trenches," NYCORE assists the sales agent in meeting and exceeding not only these industry standards, but consumer expectations as well… truly the definition of success.
